Do I need a lawyer?
For some criminal charges supervision is not available. Therefore, a plea of guilty or finding of guilty will result in a conviction. A conviction will remain on your record, and could lead to future problems including employment, travel or gun ownership. A conviction for a DUI results in an automatic revocation of your driver's license and, in some cases, the prosecutor will be seeking a conviction. Our experienced attorneys can help you protect your license, your record, and your freedom.
Can I drive after my DUI arrest?
Typically, you can drive for 45 days following your arrest. In most cases on the 46th day after a DUI arrest, a license suspension follows. The length of a suspension, and eligiblibility for a permit, varies, according to each case and the person's driving record. You have 90 days from your arrest to file a petition to challenge your suspension. Our experienced attorneys can give you the answers applicable to your situation. Please call (630) 858-8600 to arrange a free consultation. One of our DUI lawyers will explain the law as it applies to your situation and answer any questions you may have. Reasonable fees and up front pricing. We accept most major credit cards.
